Our customers are guaranteed prompt and dependable delivery service and complete satisfaction of all purchases. All merchandise purchased from Vista Furniture are carefully packed and shipped to ensure a safe and timely delivery to our customers. Any customer who receives a product that was damaged during transit will promptly be sent a replacement free of charge. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, we will grant an exchange or a refund within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. We only ship products throughout the continental United States, we do not ship C.O.D., nor to any FPOs, APOs, or P.O. Boxes. In-Store Pickup Arrangement option available Monday through Friday, 9:00am till 5:00pm. Note: Our warehouse may be closed for national holidays. For driving directions please click here. Upon placing your order online, a sales representative will call you to make pickup arrangements. Orders are then scheduled for pickup at our warehouse: 413 Fernando Court. Glendale, CA 91204. Please be sure to print your order and provide us with proof of identification when picking up your order. If an item is out of stock a sales associate will call you to the phone number provided on your invoice to schedule a pickup date on a later day.
